Are you an avid runner, swimmer, or cyclist? Do you roll on wheels of any kind or are a casual walker? Whether you're an Olympic athlete or just getting your steps in during your jog to catch the subway—you can help us put our mission into motion!

Join us as we reach 10,000 miles of movement to support the 30 MILLION people in the United States impacted by rare diseases.

Register as an Individual

1. Set your fundraising goal. We recommend a minimum team goal of $1,000 and a minimum individual goal of $100.

2. Confirm how many miles you plan to contribute from August 10 to August 19.

3. Self-donate and then reach out to friends and family to see if they are able to support your efforts by donating!

4. Log your miles daily by entering them manually or connecting your Strava account. You will receive email reminders to log your miles during the challenge.

Please note: You are automatically enrolled in the Incentive Program upon registration for the 10,000 Mile Challenge. You will qualify for each item as you pass the various fundraising levels.

If you do not want to participate in the Incentive Program, you do not have to and can email Mitch Hymowitz to unenroll in this portion of the campaign.

The proceeds from our 10,000 Mile Challenge support the mission of Uplifting Athletes and its charitable programs: rare disease awareness, rare disease research, Uplifting Experiences, and Uplifting Leaders.
