Introducing the 2024 Maine Polar Dip at Camp Sunshine!
Help Camp Sunshine kick off our year of 40th Anniversary celebrations by signing up to take the plunge AT CAMP! on Saturday, February 24, 2024!
All funds raised will help send children with life-threatening illnesses and their families to Camp Sunshine.
Too scared or too smart to take the plunge? There’s the option to participate in the “Chicken Dip” – where you’ll only need to dip your toes in!
All participants who raise at least $100 will receive a highly coveted "I DID IT" event t-shirt!

Registration begins: 12pm
Dip happens: At 2pm
After party until 7pm: At Camp Sunshine! Join us after the plunge for an afternoon and evening of snow shoeing, ice skating and light refreshments in celebration of Camp Sunshine's 40th Anniversary!

About Camp Sunshine - Celebrating 40 Years in 2024!
Founded in 1984, Camp Sunshine provides retreats combining respite, recreation and support, while enabling hope and promoting joy, for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families through the various stages of a child’s illness.
Camp Sunshine's program is offered year-round and has the distinction of having been designed to serve the entire family in a retreat model. The program is free of charge to families and includes on-site medical support. Bereavement sessions are also offered for families who have experienced the death of a child from a supported illness.
