SONA Golf Championship Delegate Payment
Event and Registration Information
The event registration fee is $350 for all delegation-related participants (i.e. athlete, Unified partner, coach, caddie, HOD). This fee will cover 3 rounds of golf, special events (awards and an Opening Ceremony) and food/beverage (daily lunch and dinner prior to the Opening Ceremony). Plans for a couple additional evening activities are in process and once confirmed, additional information will be provided. Delegation/Program attendees will be responsible for covering the cost their travels to/from Wichita, on-site ground transportation, accommodations and any meals not provided as part of the event, along with any incidentals. Payment in full is due by September 15.
There is a meal package option for family members/guests of delegates. This package is $100 and covers dinner before opening ceremonies and a boxed lunch each day at the course.
If you would prefer to pay by check or in bulk for a program/team, please contact Chris Burt at burtc@soks.org and arrangements can easily be made to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy:
100% Refund - Cancel before October 11 (two weeks from the event).
50% Refund - Cancel at any time after October 11.
