My father was my biggest cheerleader, an incredible girl dad, and an extremely loved friend and co-worker. When he got diagnosed with stage IV Kidney Cancer our world was turned around. In a span of 2 months, he passed away and I wish that I knew about KCA before then. Over the last 8 years I've learned so much about their mission, research, and have given presentations to their patients & caregivers.

We did it! We hit our fundraising goal. Thanks to everyone who supported my mission to fund kidney cancer research & came out to our past Saturday Pilates event!

Today's 1st Core for the Cure Event is here!!

Reformer class starts at 2pm. Class is FULL. Please make donations to the link below if you haven't done so yet.

Don't worry, still want to come to an event this weekend? Join us tomorrow at Loggers Run Park at 10am for a Pilates mat class. Bring a mat & water bottle.

Core for the Cure events are happening THIS WEEKEND!

For Saturdays 2pm reformer class at Club Pilates email westdelray@clubpilates.com to grab your spot

For Sunday’s mat class here are the details for Loggers Run Park in west Boca. Time: 10am 50min class

Location: For Loggers Run, the fitness area is behind the pavilion/playground area. It’s in the furthest west point of the park. When you pull in, go left and park as closely as possible to the pavilion.

I’ve attached a google earth shot of the park. The red path is what you should follow when turning into the park from Palmetto Park Rd, then park as close as you can within the parking lot to the pavilion. Where our Pilates mat class is being held is marked by a green square.
