Our Mission
The Woman's Choice Center is a 501c3 organization. All that we provide comes from the generous gifts of individuals and businesses.
The Woman's Choice Center is a medical help clinic that supports moms, dads and babies with medical services and resources to help sustain a healthy pregnancy and to provide simple and necessary daily needs. Because of your support, our center provides these free to patients and clients:
· medical grade pregnancy tests
· limited OB ultrasounds
· STI testing for females
· REVERSAL & RESCUE protocol for abortion pill
· perinatal hospice, layettes/quilts, and miscarriage support
· maternity clothes, children's clothing to size 6, prayer shawls
· diapers/wipes, (last year we gave away over 137,000)
· formula
· post abortive assessment, post abortive grief counseling, grief counseling
· 24/7 hotline
· adoption referral
· 4th trimester care for moms
· REAL CHOICES - a student and adult education program
· We serve over 700 patients annually

Key Note Speaker Lynae McFarland
Lynae McFarland, BA| Educator Lynae McFarland is a speaker, educator, and mentor with Lifeline Services, Inc., where she brings life-giving, life-changing curriculum into classrooms and communities. Through relationship education, abuse prevention, risk avoidance, and prenatal human growth and development, she creates space for honest, hopeful, and meaningful conversations—helping students in grades 5 through 12 think for themselves, understand their value, and walk in truth. Forever changed by the Master’s touch, Lynae speaks with boldness, proclaiming God’s goodness in her life. She is forever thankful that Jesus has saved her, and she will sing and speak of Him for all her days. God has opened doors for Lynae to share this message in schools across Iowa and beyond, including opportunities at the Heartbeat International Conference, Alliance for Life in Missouri, IAAE Conference, middle and high school chapel services, college groups, women’s conferences, and monthly gatherings. In every setting, her prayer is simple—that truth would be spoken boldly, hearts would be softened, and lives would be transformed by Him. Lynae and her husband, Barry, pastor a small rural church in Missouri, serving wherever God leads with humble and willing hearts. Their recent move to Iowa is a testimony of His perfect provision and the divine connections He continues to orchestrate. She is deeply grateful for every opportunity to share about the courage that only God can give, the compassion revealed through His Son, Jesus Christ, and the connection the Holy Spirit so faithfully brings into our lives. Her answer to God’s call remains a joyful and surrendered “yes.” Join us for the Women’s Choice Center’s annual gala—an evening to witness how God is moving, changing lives, and using ordinary people for His extraordinary purposes. Abortion Pill Rescue
Baby Gabriel's mom came into our center distraught, confused and overwhelmed. She had taken the first dose of the abortion pill and regretted doing so. She was searching for help and found our hotline. Our head nurse Pam proceeded to quickly check on the baby by ultrasound and found that he was still alive. Pam then administered the REVERSAL protocol (high doses of progesterone, pro pregnancy hormone that sustains life) Baby Gabriel was saved that day and is fast approaching his second birthday! Thank you, you helped us save this little man!

1900+ Lives Saved Through ULRASOUND IMAGING
The impact that ultrasounds have had on saving lives is undisputable. We have saved over 1900 babies and the gift of the ultrasound image of the baby for the mom and dad moves their hearts and minds more than any words we can say. When a mom and dad sees the baby's heart beat, the fingers and toes, the kicking and swimming in the safety of her womb, it stirs in their hearts the reality of the need to protect and care for their baby.
