GIVEAWAYS RULES & GUIDELINES
Please sign up and raise funds to support RESOLVE and to win an IVF medical treatment cycle.
Tickets sold ONLINE ONLY - DEADLINE is THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22.
To be eligible to win a FREE Fertility Treatment cycle you MUST:
Be ACTIVELY seeking treatments
Register and attend the walk
Indicate on your registration that you are seeking treatment and would like to be entered into the drawing
DONATE OR RAISE A MINIMUM OF $75.00 as an individual seeking treatments or $150 as a couple seeking treatments
Tickets to win fertility treatments & services will only be given to eligible individuals/couples seeking treatments.
Each person raising or donating $75.00 gets one ticket only; (MAX. one ticket per person or 2 tickets per household/couple) - each $75.00 donation only counts once.
Additional tickets for the IVF grants (or other Higher-Valued Item) cannot be purchased. (Family & friends cannot buy additional tickets only help raise funds)
If two people from the same household win more than one IVF (or Higher-Valued Item), they can only claim one prize.
You must be present to win.
IVF treatments (or other Higher-Valued Items) cannot be transferred or donated to someone else. - The recipient must be the winner or the winner’s partner
Ticket(s) pickup: Onsite at the RESOLVE booth — must show ID to collect.
ALL other door prizes - open to any participant:

Must be present to collect your prize
