If you're in the Bay Area, you can join us live at San Lorenzo High School (in San Lorenzo, CA) or virtually from anywhere in the world!

Our mission is to support at-risk teens to achieve their goals, both inside and outside the classroom, with signature self-reflection tools (www.millionmask.org) and community building that fosters peer-to-peer support and deep connection.

Take The Challenge
This year we are challenging our community to complete 5 Kilometers (3.11 miles) to help raise awareness and support for teen wellness and positive mental health.
Additionally, we challenge schools to fully register a team of at least 10 students/staff.
For the top 3 schools that fully register the most participants, we have over $5,000 worth of prizes (along with bragging rights of course):
First Place: Free Taking Off The Mask Assembly
Second Place: Free Taking Off The Mask Box Set
Third Place: 10 copies of EFC: The Adventure Card Game

How It Works
Join us for this year's event!
Live Event: Saturday, May 25th 10 AM - 2 PM PST
at San Lorenzo High School - San Lorenzo, CA
- Click "Join" at the top of this page and come onboard as an individual participant or join/create a team
- Decide to pay the applicable ticket fee (you can still fundraise more), or fundraise your fee (for participants who are unable to cover the fee on their own. We won't hold you to raising the fee, we're thankful for any contribution you can make!)
- Consider downloading the Strava app (free) and connecting it to this page to track your exercise (instructions in sign up)
- Create a "Pledge It" profile and answer the relevant questions
- Share your fundraising page with your friends, peers, and family using social media, e-mail, and texts
- On May 25, 2024: Run a 5k (in-person in at San Lorenzo High School, or virtually anywhere) and log it in the Pledge It app using Strava or enter it manually
- On May 25, 2024: Checkout EFC's website, social media, and this page for exclusive virtual workshops, updates, and fun!
