21 Dreams Down Syndrome Association’s 6th Annual Permian Basin Buddy Walk

Please join us for a day of celebration and inspiration at the 6th Annual Permian Basin Buddy Walk on November 12, 2022 at Memorial Stadium in Midland, Texas! Registration begins at 8am with opening ceremonies beginning at 10am and teh walk kicking off at 10:21 a.m.!

Since 1995, the Buddy Walk® has been the premier advocacy event for Down syndrome in the United States. It is also the world’s most widely recognized public awareness program for the Down syndrome community. The Buddy Walk® attracts thousands of participants from coast to coast each year.

To meet a person with Down syndrome is to experience kindness and compassion on a deeper level. Our self-advocates and their families help us understand the power of inclusion and community support. That is what a Buddy Walk® is all about! The Permian Basin Buddy Walk® is our only fundraiser each year and the funds raised help us to fulfill our mission of supporting individuals with Down Syndrome, their families and the community by providing accurate and current information about resources, educational awareness, social opportunities, and guidance on being better advocates.
