Our Mission

The SCPGA foundation’s core mission is to introduce, nurture, and sustain a lifelong love of the game of golf. Through our 5 pillars, we strive to provide access for all those who wish to play regardless of race, color, or socio-economic background.

When you enter or bid, you’re helping to fuel programs that serve more than 10,000 individuals annually:

PGA HOPE – Providing free instruction and a supportive golf community to veterans and active military, using golf as a pathway to physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Grants & Scholarships – Awarding over $100,000 annually to deserving students, helping junior golfers pursue their academic and athletic dreams.

ClubsForeYouth® – Equipping underserved high school golf teams with brand-new sets of clubs, ensuring every student has the tools to play and compete.

Community, Accessibility & Advocacy – Expanding access to the game for youth, families, and underrepresented communities while preserving golf’s place in Southern California.

SCPGA Junior Tour – Developing the next generation of golfers by providing competitive, affordable, and inclusive playing opportunities.

Why Enter or Bid?

By participating, you’re doing more than chasing a prize—you’re making golf more inclusive, accessible, and life-changing across Southern California. Whether you’re helping a veteran discover the healing power of the game, putting new clubs in the hands of a high school student, or funding scholarships for college-bound juniors, your support drives real impact.
