Sisters' Hope Foundation/Cure ALSP is excited to announce our 2024 Run N Roll 5k being held in-person in Lebanon, PA and virtually on November 2, 2024 to support ALSP, a rare brain disease which affects memory and movements.

The 5k is a Walk, Run, Roll event for all ages, levels, paces and abilities. The 5k runners will be chip timed. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place finishers in the male and female categories. Awards are sponsored by Sisters' Hope Foundation. 5k participants will receive a swag bag, race t-shirt, and an exclusive finishers medal for participating in-person or virtually. You don’t want to miss this Rock N’ Roll themed event. Dress the part with a themed costume, enjoy the music and invite everyone for a fun day all to benefit a great cause. Food and beverages will be available starting at 9 am. This event will be held Rain or Shine.

Start Time: 10:00 am ET

Race Timing: Chip timing will be utilized to facilitate prompt and accurate results. Runners will line up in front with faster runners lining up first and walkers lining up in the back. Race will be held rain or shine.

Course Description: Starting line is at Lebanon Valley Craft Brewery. The course is a paved road that winds through lush trees with a turnaround at Stoever's Dam Park.

Awards: Race awards will be announced immediately following the conclusion of the 5K.

RACE FEES: EARLY BIRD Registration until October 5, 2024, for the In-Person and Virtual 5K: $45 per person (FREE T-shirt, finishers medal).

Registration October 6- Race Day: $55 per person (T-shirt not guaranteed)

In-person registration will be available at the pre-race packet pick up at the race location on Friday, November 1, 2025, from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 8:30 am - 9:30 am ET.

0.1K Beer Run Start Time: 12:00 pm ET

Post Race: Enjoy Rock N’ Roll themed after party with entertainment by Matt Jameson starting at 9 am and Johnny Phatt from Mr. Green Genes from 12 pm - 3:30 pm. Food and beverages will be available from 9 am until 3:30 pm ET.

Event Info

The 5K will start and end in the Lebanon Valley Craft Brewery parking lot with a scenic 3.1 mile run on a paved road through lush trees, with the turnaround at Stoever's Dam Park. Aid stations and hydration will be available throughout the course.

There is no pace requirement so have fun and run, walk, roll, jog or casually stroll. This event is for all abilities. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome.

Race Swag

In-person 5K participants will receive a swag bag, an exclusive race day T-shirt and a one-of-a-kind finishers medal. (T-shirt is not guaranteed if you register after October 5, 2024.)

In-person 0.1K Beer Run participants will receive a race headband, beer and will be entered to win a gift card for the Lebanon Valley Craft Brewery.

This event follows the standard running industry policy: All entry fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is nonrefundable, and bib numbers are non-transferable.
