The Buddy Walk® is more than just a walk, it’s a celebration! Instead of a long-distance race, our community comes together for a joyful lap around the field, honoring individuals with Down syndrome and the families, friends, and supporters who walk beside them.

But the walk is just the beginning! The Buddy Walk is a day full of fun, connection, and community spirit. From exhibitors sharing valuable resources, to music and dancing with our DJ, to games, activities, and special surprises, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. It’s a time to celebrate, connect, and shine a light on the importance of inclusion.

Each step taken at the Buddy Walk® helps us raise awareness, build connections, and fund programs that support individuals with Down syndrome and their families right here in Greater Columbus.
