Garnet Valley Football is stepping up in a big way, hosting Lift for Life — a high-energy, community-driven event in support of Uplifting Athletes and the rare disease community.
This is more than a workout. It’s a team-wide commitment to something bigger.
Lift for Life brings players, coaches, families, and the Garnet Valley community together through strength, competition, and purpose. Every rep, every set, every moment is about more than football. It’s about showing up for families facing rare diseases and proving what a team can do when it rallies around a cause.
And the team is all in.
Garnet Valley student-athletes aren’t just participating. They’re leading. Taking ownership. Using their platform to drive awareness, build support, and create real impact for those who need it most.
That’s what Team UA is all about.
Uplifting Athletes, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, harnesses the power of sport to build community and invest in the lives of those impacted by rare disease. Through Team UA, high school athletes across the country are stepping into leadership roles and showing that challenges like these are bigger than any one team and stronger when tackled together.
