Count your blessings and enjoy the many health benefits gratitude has to offer!
Gratitude starts with noticing the goodness in life. And over time, practicing daily gratitude can help:
- strengthen relationships
- increase happiness
- improve sleep
- reduce stress
- strengthen your immune system
- improve academic and professional performance
- experience greater physical, mental and emotional health
So let's celebrate! And decorate our lives across the community with our daily Expressions of Gratitude.

Oct 27th - Nov 30th
Gratitude Harvest practices daily gratitude in a very creative and visual format across the community.
We're asking businesses, community organizations, congregations and families to decorate a Gratitude Tree, or any other space, with seasonally shaped paper ornaments and/or paper chains filled with their written Expressions of Gratitude.
October 27th is our anniversary so we thought that was the perfect day to start harvesting all the goodness in our lives and celebrating with our community.
We hope you will join us!
