Looking Forward Virtual Golf Event

Please join us for a cocktail party and/or as a “Designated Driver” – no golf experience required!

How the program works, you will be asking friends, relatives to pledge for you as to how far you can hit a golf ball. If you get $5.00 in total pledges and hit the ball 100 yards you will have raised $500.00. The more you get in pledges and the farther you hit the ball will raise more money. The secret is to get lots of people to pledge for you small amounts, say twenty-five or fifty cents per yard they add up to a big amount. For example, if a friend pledges $0.25 per yard and you drive the ball 300 yards, their total donation would be $75 (300 yards x $0.25). This adds an exciting twist to the competition and helps us raise funds for Smilow Cancer Hospital. These funds focus on integrative medicine for cancer patients undergoing treatment.

As a designated driver you will receive a golf shirt with logo, and a complimentary ticket to the cocktail party for yourself. Designated Drivers get in for free with minimum of $2/yd in total pledges.
