Huddle For Hearts - Madison Falkowski

I’m thrilled to partner with Huddle for Hearts to raise awareness about Sudden Cardiac Arrest and how we can save lives. As a Greater Nanticoke Area and Electric Surge Field Hockey Club athlete, I know the importance of being prepared, both on and off the field, and I’m proud to help spread the message of SCA and heart emergency preparedness.

In an effort to raise funds to help install life saving AED devices I will be hosting a indoor Field Hockey Tournament on Friday 03/06/2026 (Open Division) and 03/08/2026 (School Age Divisions). Funds raised will go towards the installation of an AED device at Surge as well as other locations who are in need.

Stay tuned for more updates, and join me in supporting this lifesaving mission. Donations help to support the placement of AEDs where kids gather, play & practice sports. We also provide CPR training and education to coaches, group leaders and youth.
