Why we support Head & Neck Cancer Awareness Month

On April 1, 1998, I was given a 15% chance of surviving stage 4 tongue cancer.  As I celebrate my 28th anniversary cancer-free, it’s more than my mission to raise awareness; it’s my duty. Early detection is essential to speak, eat, and look like yourself. Join me this month for the Head and Neck Cancer Alliance Move-A-Thon where we will dance together around town, live and virtual. Just make a donation and I will email you with information about where I'll be and when.

For every $100 you donate, you will get a free ticket to a movement class I will teach where you’ll get out of your head and into your body through simple prompts that help you loosen up, trust yourself, and express what you feel. This is a safe space to move, imagine, and tell a story through motion, set to fun, soulful beats with zero pressure and lots of freedom. Date/Time TBA.
