Pelotonia Kids - Biking With Brutus

100% of funds raised go to innovative pediatric cancer research

$885 raised

Our Story

Hi! We’re Oliver (age 5) and Emmett (age 6), and this summer we’re riding our bikes to help end cancer!

We’re doing a charity bike ride to raise money for cancer research — and we’re really excited about it. Our family rides in Pelotonia every year, and now it’s our turn to help, too!

This special event is supported by Team Buckeye, the official Pelotonia team for The Ohio State University. We’re proud to be riding as part of the next generation of Team Buckeye riders — and we hope to keep riding for many years to come!

Our mom, works at The James Cancer Hospital in Columbus. She helps patients and families facing cancer, and she teaches us how important it is to care for others. Our dad works at Nationwide Children’s Hospital as a pediatric radiologist. He helps kids every day — especially kids who are sick and need imaging to find out what’s going on inside their bodies. That’s why this ride is really special to us — because every dollar we raise goes to support cancer research right at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where kids just like us are getting treated and helped.

We want to be part of the mission to cure cancer. We’ve seen how hard our parents work, and how much it matters. So this summer, we’re riding our bikes in our own kid version of Pelotonia to raise money and show we care.

We’re training hard (always with our helmets on!) and riding lots of laps to raise support. We’re asking friends and family to donate whatever they can — 100% of it goes straight to cancer research to help scientists and doctors find better treatments and cures, especially for kids.

We may be little, but we believe we can make a big difference.

Please help us reach our goal — and thank you for cheering us on!
