The Jog-A-Thon is coming up on Friday, May 24th!
Our annual Jog-A-Thon will take place on Friday, May 24th, and it is one of several fundraising events throughout the year. Thanks to an overwhelmingly successful auction, the continued generosity of our community during the Jog-A-Thon will be directed toward the Steadfast campaign and our campus land purchase!
We encourage everyone in Providence to get involved. Our grammar students raise donations by walking or running laps, teachers and parents jog with students, and high school students decorate wheel barrows to push kids around and get some bonus laps under their belts. It’s an all-school event!
Corporate sponsors are welcome too. We’ll add their logo to the back of the t-shirts. Contact Reyna Morris with any questions at fundraising@pccs.org.
How to Sign up!
Signing up one child
- Visit the campaign page and click “Sign Up”
- Enter an email address to use for your student and click next.
- If your email was used last year, the system will pull up your account and you can reset your password if needed. If your email is not in the system, you’ll be prompted to put in a first and last name. We recommend entering your student’s name.
- Select “Jog-a-thon Registration”
- Set a fundraising goal and a goal for how many laps your child hopes to complete.
- Click Add Ticket and when prompted, choose your student’s classroom from the list of teams.
- You’ll be taken to the checkout page. Do NOT add any other participants to your registration, even if you have additional students to register. You can complete your order at this point. If you choose to leave an optional donation to Providence at this time, it would be credited to your child’s fundraising page and classroom team.
- Once you’re finished, you’ll see some additional steps to customize your child’s fundraising page and how to invite donors.
Signing up more than one child
- Register your first child using steps 1-8 above.
- After completing one registration, click on your account in the top right corner of the page and LOG OUT. This is important.
- Return to the registration page after signing out and follow steps 1-8 above, this time using a different email for your next student.
- Once you’ve finished steps 1-8 above, you’ve successfully registered another student! If you need to do more registrations, be sure to LOG OUT then repeat steps 1-8 above as needed.
Be sure to save the email address and password that you created for each child’s fundraising page. This will let you login to invite/thank donors or post updates about laps completed!
We also recommend copying the URL of each child’s page or bookmarking them for easy access.

The Jog-A-Thon is coming up on Friday, May 24th, and that is the goal date for all pledges and earning prizes! If you have any questions, please email fundraising@pccs.org. Join us on the Sports Field closest to the school for the fun!
Jogging times:
8:45-9:45 -- Pre-K- 2nd
10:00-11:00 -- 3rd-6th
Goals & Prizes:
$100 Club – each student that reaches $100 in pledges will choose a prize from the Super Fun Prize Bin!
$250 Club – each student that reaches $250 in pledges will receive a Mascot Keychain.
$500 Club – each student that reaches $500 in pledges will have an extended pizza lunch with a Principal and a school spirit/colors dress day.
$750 Club – each student that reaches $750 in pledges will receive a Providence Logo Cinch Sack.
$1,000 Club – each student that reaches $1,000 in pledges will be given a $50 Amazon Gift Card!
Any (and every) class that reaches their class goal will get a movie party with popcorn and Gatorade, and spirit dress day to celebrate!
If we reach our all-school goal of $40,000 we will have a special event with all grammar students! Every grammar student will receive a “bubble wand” to start their summer off right, plus the KONA shaved ice truck will come to Providence and serve Hawaiian shaved ice to all of grammar!
