The Jog-A-Thon is coming up!
Our annual Jog-A-Thon will take place on Friday, May 22nd. All proceeds from this fundraising event will go towards our financial aid program!
We encourage everyone in Providence to get involved. Our grammar students raise donations by collecting pledges and then walking or running laps, teachers and parents jog with students, and high school students decorate wheel barrows to push kids around and get some bonus laps under their belts. It’s an all-school event!
Corporate sponsors are welcome too. We’ll add their logo to the back of the t-shirts. Contact Reyna Morris with any questions at fundraising@pccs.org.
How To Sign Up
Click Sign Up at the top of the page then select Jog-a-thon Registration.
When asked who you would like to register, select Someone Else - you will be registering your child
Input the fundraising goal, laps goal, and custom URL for your child's fundraising page
Toggle on the option that says "Add this Fundraising Page to My Account" - you will control their fundraising page under your email of choice
Enter your child's name, then click Add Registration.
Click Checkout. You will be prompted to create an account or login. This will be the email account used to manage fundraising pages for your child or children.
After signing in, you'll see a prompt to place your child on the correct team. Find their classroom grade and select it.
Click Continue through the checkout process. Enter your name and email as a parent on the last page, then click Submit. You will receive a receipt and be taken to your child’s fundraising page.
If you are signing up multiple children:
Repeat the above steps while still logged in, being sure to toggle on the option to add their page under your account. This feature will allow you to use the same email for all registrations and easily toggle between their fundraising pages to post updates and manage donations.
We also recommend copying the URL of each child’s page or bookmarking them for easy access.

Join us on the Sports Field closest to the school for the fun!
Jogging times:
8:45-9:45 -- Pre-K- 2nd
10:00-11:00 -- 3rd-6th
Goals & Prizes:
$100 Club – each student that reaches $100 in pledges will choose a prize from the Super Fun Prize Bin!
$250 Club – each student that reaches $250 in pledges will receive a Providence Logo Frisbee!
$500 Club – each student that reaches $500 in pledges will have an extended pizza lunch with a Principal and a school spirit/colors dress day.
$750 Club – each student that reaches $750 in pledges will receive a Providence Logo Rainbow Pop-it Ball.
$1,000 Club – each student that reaches $1,000 in pledges will get to pick from a variety of summer toys and games, or choose a $50 Amazon Gift card!
Any (and every) class that reaches their class goal will get a movie party with popcorn and Gatorade, and spirit dress day to celebrate!
If we reach our all-school goal of $60,000 we will have a special event with all grammar students! Every grammar student will receive a “bubble wand” to start their summer off right, plus the KONA shaved ice truck will come to Providence and serve Hawaiian shaved ice to all of grammar!
