12th Annual Walk-N-Roll for Spina Bifida, Presented by Byram Healthcare

The 2022 Walk-N-Roll presented by Byram Healthcare is back in person in 2022! The Walk-N-Roll for Spina Bifida® is a family-friendly one mile walk event that raises critical funds, increases awareness of Spina Bifida and celebrates the accomplishments of the near 200,000 Americans living with Spina Bifida. All proceeds are used for programs and services for people with Spina Bifida and their families.

On May 14, 2022 we will be holding our 12th Walk-N-Roll for Spina Bifida®. Individuals living with Spina Bifida, families and friends of the Spina Bifida community can join us at Central Park in Schenectady, NY from 10:00 am-2:00 pm. The event includes sponsor and vendor tables, raffles, a picnic, family games, contests, prizes, and merchandise. NYS COVID-19 guidelines will be followed as directed by the New York State Department of Health.

You can also participate virtually by walking or rolling in your neighborhood or at a designated "hot spot" to raise awareness for Spina Bifida. Virtual participants are still eligible for our fundraising contests, prizes and to receive our Walk-N-Roll T-Shirt.

Hot Spots!

We understand traveling to Schenectady, NY is not feasible for all interested Walk-N-Roll participants. Therefore, we are implementing "hot spots" or locations for virtual participants to visit and connect with other local families participating.

How do "Hot Spots" work?

Participants can request to be an ambassador for a hot spot location by emailing admin@sbaneny.org

A mutually agreed upon location will be added to the "hot spot" list and shared with our virtual attendees

On Saturday, May 14th, attendees can visit their "hot spot" location and complete their own Walk-N-Roll

NOT INCLUDED: Raffles, day-of merchandise, picnic, sponsor and vendor tables

INCLUDED WITH FREE REGISTRATION: T-Shirts when you raise $100 (shipped), contests, and prizes
