Special Olympics Utah is proud to welcome more than 700 athletes, coaches, and supporters to the 2025 Special Olympics Utah Summer Games. We invite you to be part of this inspiring event as an official vendor. The vendor registration deadline is May 23.

Promote Your Business at the Special Olympics Utah Olympic Town!

Take advantage of a unique opportunity to showcase your business, organization, or services to a statewide audience during the Special Olympics Utah Summer Games! Set up a booth at the Olympic Town, where you’ll have the chance to connect directly with athletes, families, fans, and supporters from across Utah. This high-traffic event is a fantastic way to increase your brand visibility and engage with a diverse and enthusiastic crowd.

Vendor booths will be open on Thursday, May 29th from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Friday, May 30th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the Southern Utah University campus in Cedar City. During this time, you’ll interact face-to-face with hundreds of attendees, including Special Olympics athletes and their families, community members, and event volunteers.

Two vendor levels are available:

Level 1 Vendor – $250: Includes booth space to display and share your business or organization’s materials, products, or services.

Level 2 Vendor – $500: Includes all Level 1 benefits, plus the exclusive ability to collect contact information from attendees for follow-up marketing, outreach, or promotional purposes.

More Information

We will be accepting up to 20 vendors for this year’s event. All vendor booths will be located along the south side of the Southern Utah University football stadium, offering high visibility and foot traffic throughout the weekend.

On the day of the event, vendors will check in at the designated welcome table. Event staff will then escort you to your assigned booth space, which will remain the same for the duration of the event to ensure convenience and consistency.

Please note: If you are not comfortable leaving your materials overnight on campus, you must be prepared to pack up your booth at the end of each day and return with it the following morning.
