We are excited to host our 19th Annual Walk for a Cure on October 5, 2024. We look forward to having walkers join us in person for our full, half, quarter marathon, or family-friendly 5k; or virtually at a time and place that is convenient for them! All to be part of finding a cure. 100% of all donations raised go to breast cancer research.
About Our Organization
The Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation is a Southeastern Connecticut based charitable organization that was established in 2006 by two friends, Norma Logan (1958-2006) and Sandy Maniscalco. The two friends realized the need for a new kind of fundraising organization (not enough money was going to breast cancer research). TBBCF was established to honor Terri Brodeur, a young mother of three, who succumbed to the disease in 2005 after a two-year battle with breast cancer.
