Alicia's Pet Care

I started Team Alicia’s Pet Care for Not One More Vet’s Race Around the World because, having worked in veterinary medicine, I’ve seen firsthand the intense pressures Veterinary support staff such as Technicians, Assistants, VOA's and receptionist as well as vets face. I believe mental health is just as important as physical health, and I want to help raise awareness and funds to prevent burnout and loss in our profession. Supporting this race lets me honor colleagues, promote wellbeing in vet med, and give back to a community that gave me so much. I’m proud to run with Alicia’s Pet Care to help make a lasting difference for Veterinary Support Staff, Veterinarians and their families.
