Walt Disney World® Marathon Weekend Overview
Welcome to the thrilling experience of the Walt Disney World® Marathon Weekend! This event is more than just a race; it's a celebration of determination, Disney magic, and the power of community. As we gear up for a weekend of unforgettable memories and personal achievements, we also seize the chance to impact lives positively. Every mile run is a step towards supporting a meaningful cause, making each race distance not only a challenge to conquer but also an opportunity to contribute to something greater. Below are the details on the fundraising commitments associated with each race distance:

It's important to note that these fundraising totals are separate from and do not include the cost of race registration. WDW Marathon Race Registration and Donation Information
For each race, participants will cover the cost of registration plus a tax-deductible donation per race. Your initial donation not only marks the start of your fundraising journey but also directly contributes to your individual fundraising total. Here’s what you need to know:
- Walt Disney World® 5K: $112 for registration + $50 donation
- Walt Disney World® 10K: $155 for registration + $50 donation
- Walt Disney World® Half Marathon: $224 for registration + $50 donation
- Walt Disney World® Marathon: $224 for registration + $50 donation
- Goofy Challenge (Half and Full Marathon): $442 for registration + $100 donation
- Dopey Challenge (5K, 10K, Half and Full Marathon): $688 for registration + $200 donation
This approach guarantees that every dollar donated by your supporters is aimed at enriching lives, aligning with our collective goal of making a significant impact. Please note, while race fees secure your participation, only the initial donation is counted towards your fundraising achievements.

Registration & Fundraising Details
Upon reaching half of your fundraising target, you'll receive the link to officially register for your chosen event. This benchmark needs to be reached 45 days before the expo starts. Should the halfway mark of fundraising not be met by this time, the bib, along with all fees and fundraising amounts, will be forfeited.
Participant Flexibility
We understand that life can happen. While donations are non-refundable to ensure the integrity of our commitment, race registrations are transferable. If you find yourself unable to participate, you may transfer your spot to another runner or allow us to allocate it to someone on our waitlist, ensuring your contribution still forwards our cause.
