How it works:
Race entries are offered on a first-come, first-served basis once you commit to fundraising
Once all spots are filled, additional applicants will be placed on a wait-list until Team UA can see if there are additional slots available for that distance offered to Team UA.
Our team will follow up after you submit your information to guide you through next steps

Fundraising Coach and Team UA Manager
With more than a decade of experience leading athlete-driven philanthropy, Jeff Baxter has built a career around turning the power of sport into meaningful impact. His work spans national campaigns, grassroots fundraising, and large-scale events that generate critical support for causes ranging from rare disease research to direct family assistance.
Known for bringing people together, Jeff has a knack for uniting athletes, teams, and communities around a shared mission. He pairs strategic vision with hands-on leadership, creating experiences that drive participation, deepen engagement, and deliver real results.
Jeff previously led endurance fundraising efforts for Team Lemon at Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and initiated the Team HEADstrong in support of the HEADstrong Foundation. Managing endurance teams in RunDisney, NYC Marathon, Philly Broad Street Run and the Rock and Roll Marathon Series.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and a master’s degree in Sport Management from Neumann University. Jeff lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and two daughters.
