Even if you aren’t swimming in Hartford HealthCare's Swim Across the Sound, you can still participate by joining the virtual challenge to support cancer patients and their families in the community. Join today, start moving, and help raise critical funds for cancer patients in the Fairfield region.
THE CHALLENGE:
Commit to challenging yourself to improve your overall health and well being. Swimmers in Swim Across the Sound push their limits to swim 15.5 miles in open water to support local cancer patients. We too can challenge ourselves, whether with activity or building better habits in regards to our mental health. Together we can uplift each other to prioritize our own health and fundraise for a great cause!
As so many of us know, a cancer diagnosis is challenging and a fight that requires support and strength. Let us challenge ourselves to get moving, not just to better our own wellness, but to stand beside our loved ones who are battling each and every day. Step up to the challenge with us and the swimmers who are participating in the 37th Annual Swim Across the Sound!
The top fundraising team and fundraising individual will be recognized at the Swim Across the Sound event on August 3, 2024. Can you take that top spot?!
Raise $100 or more by July 29th and receive a special t-shirt at the Swim Across the Sound event on August 3rd, 2024.
