17th Annual Vista Walk for Autism

On Thursday, September 26th, we will hold the 17th Annual Vista Walk for Autism to support individuals across Vista's 11 programs. This year's fundraising walk, themed "Rainbow of Possibilities," celebrates the vibrant diversity within the autism community and highlights our belief that every individual can reach their unique potential. By embracing the spectrum of colors, we honor the myriad strengths and abilities of our clients, students, and families, illustrating that with support and determination, anything is possible.

Leading up to the event, we invite Vista's families, staff, and friends to create fundraising pages in support of individuals served by Vista. Fundraising efforts will culminate in a day of celebration on September 26th, when the individuals we serve, staff, families, and friends participate in a walk around Vista's main campus or one of our satellite locations and enjoy fun activities throughout the day!

Every dollar raised will go toward the ATM fund (Achieved Together Money), which grants funds to fulfill individual client needs that come up throughout the year, program enhancements, supplemental technology, and organization improvements.

How It Works

1. Click "Join Us" at the top of the page and select the location where you'll walk. You can enroll multiple participants at one time, but each participant requires a unique email address.

2. Join an existing team, create a new one, or fundraise independently.

  • Join an existing team, such as one of our classroom or program teams, and work together to accelerate your fundraising and compete with other teams to win fun prizes.
  • Families and co-workers can also create their own teams to combine fundraising efforts.
  • Joining a team is optional.

3. Create your personal fundraiser profile page and share it with family, friends, and others to secure donations, pledges or to join your team.

4. Check-in and watch your fundraising dollars increase!

5. Celebrate your success at the Walk and collect your incentive items.

We will provide logistics for each walk location closer to the date. We will also share details about the new Virtual Walk option and the downloadable "Virtual Walk Kit" so you can join the fun from anywhere. Register today, start fundraising, and stay tuned for upcoming emails.
