World Down Syndrome Day Extravaganza Event
Join us for dinner and a "sock hop" at McLean High School! The event begins at 5:30 PM and will wrap up at 8:30 PM. WEAR YOUR CRAZY SOCKS!
Featured right outside of the dance will be our "Made with Heart" market, which will highlight unique, hand-crafted items from talented individuals with Down syndrome, paired with local businesses that embrace inclusive hiring. Be sure to bring money with you to purchase some of these fabulous items. Check out who will be there on our market vendor tab!
What's a fun event without some tasty food? Grab a bite to eat with your family and friends from a local food truck: Two Smooth Dudes. Prefer pizza? We've got that too!
Live entertainment, provided by DJ Raymond, will be sure to get us up out of our seats! WaMo Media (who have graciously donated their photography services to us for the evening) will be there to capture all of the fun!
Need a dance break? Buy some cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes as a quick pick-me-up and then head back out on the dance floor!
