April Supper Club: Rough Riders Game for Self Advocates Ages 18+
What to Expect
Join us for an exciting April Supper Club as we head out to cheer on the Frisco Rough Riders as they take on the Tulsa Drillers! This special event is for self-advocates with Down syndrome, ages 18 and older.
Tickets include dinner, transportation and a game ticket for our Self-Advocate section of the game. If your adult wants to purchase something else, they will be responsible for their money. Volunteers and staff will not be responsible for self-advocates money/change, belongings, etc. (Exceptions will be made for those with dietary restrictions and allergies.)
Self-advocates will be accompanied by background checked volunteers
*If your self-advocate would like to be a part of the Supper Club event, please be sure to register them using the April Supper Club registration link rather than the DSG Night at the Ballpark registration.*

Transportation Details
Transportation will be provided from the DSG Offices (1651 N Collins. Blvd. Suite 170, Richardson, Tx 75080). Please check in your self-advocate at the office at 5:30pm. The bus will leave promptly at 5:45pm and is expected to return to the DSG offices around 10pm.
All self-advocates attending the game will be expected to ride the minibus to eliminate difficulty finding parents/guardians at pick up/drop off locations at Riders Field.
Know Before You Go
Bags that are permitted include:
Bags and purses that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8"
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
Medical bags and manufactured bags that accompany infants and young children will be permitted
Bags NOT permitted include:
Backpacks, printed-pattern plastic bags, fanny packs, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, large totes, camera or binocular cases.
Water bottles are permitted as long as the label is removed from the outside. Reusable Water Bottles are also permitted.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund if we have a waitlist.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable due to commitments already made for food and supplies.
Please keep in mind that DSG covers 85–95% of the cost for each participant and secures your spot in advance to keep this program affordable. Last-minute cancellations not only affect funding but may prevent another mom from participating.
