Our Mission
The Mast Cell Disease Society (TMS) is dedicated to providing multi-faceted support to patients, families and medical professionals in our community and to leading the advancement of knowledge and research in mast cell diseases through education, advocacy and collaboration.

Transforming lives of patients and families while finding a cure for mast cell diseases.
As a mast cell disease patient, I want to provide an opportunity for people to support the great work of TMS, while also having some fun. For the first event in 2024, we had nine riders and raised $5,500 dollars for TMS while riding the St. Paul Grand Round (approx. 30 miles) or on the Gateway Trail from St. Paul to points east. Personally, I did a solo ride, 20 miles on the Gateway in the early morning, then set up the event at my house before riding the Grand Round with a small group.
In 2025, I'd like to have more participants and raise more money, using the same bike routes while also opening things up for a 5K walk/run around Lake Phalen for those not inclined to ride.

The ride and walk will leave from my house, located a short distance from Lake Phalen and the St. Paul Grand Round bike route, on the East Side of St. Paul. If you can't meet us there, please consider participating remotely from wherever you are!
