Broken Chair Trophy

The $5 Bits of Broken Chair Trophy is back for its tenth year of fundraising as Nebraska heads to Minnesota on November 17 to face the Golden Gophers on the VOLLEYBALL COURT in Lincoln, Nebraska. What started as a lighthearted rivalry between football fan bases has grown into a powerful tradition which includes a volleyball match-up on the years when the football teams do not meet – raising nearly $212,660 since 2017 for two incredible causes.

• Team Jack Foundation – funding pediatric brain cancer research

• TB1 (Team Brax) – helping patients at M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital

This fan-led effort brings Husker and Gopher supporters together off the field or court to make a real difference. Every donation, big or small, helps carry forward the missions of Team Jack and Team Brax.
