2025 Make-A-Wish New Jersey Car Show

Registration and Guest Fee Information:

Pre - Registered Car and Trucks ($75): Car owner's receive admission for themself and a plus one. Pre-registered car owner's will receive one commemorative t-shirt for the event (no t-shirts for plus one). Wrist bands will be given upon arrival which grant owners and their plus one complimentary breakfast, lunch, and beverages. Breakfast will consist of bagels and coffee with various flavors and spreads catered from Manhattan Bagel in Spotswood, NJ. Lunch will consist of sandwiches from Jersey Mike's, a variety of sandwich combinations will be available as well as a vegan option.

Standard Adult Guest Fee: Ages 18 and over ($20.00)

• Comes with lunch and a drink (no breakfast), consisting of pizza and various beverages (water, soda, etc.)

Reduced guest Fee, See eligibility below ($10.00)

• Eligible for children 17 and under, or any current Monroe Township High School Student (even if over the age of 17)

• Eligible for senior citizens (aged 65 or older)

• Comes with lunch and a drink (no breakfast), consisting of pizza and various beverages (water, soda, etc.)

How to Pay:

Pre - Registered Participants: In order to ensure a show spot you should register and pay in advance as we are limited to only 130 spots. The show sold out last year! We ask that you register as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Please use the amounts specified above to select your payment amount. The donations will be cross referenced with the responses to this form so please do not pay $20 to be a guest and claim you paid the $75 registration fee the day of the event. Registering as soon as possible is the best way to guarantee a spot in the show. If any spots remain the day of the event walk-ins will be allowed to register at the door. However, if there are 130 registered cars that paid in advance through this Pledge It website they will be given the spots before walk-in registrations are accepted the day of the event. If spots are full for registration, you will still be welcome to attend the show as a guest.

Guests: Cash or credit card will be accepted the day of the event or payments can be made through this website as well. Please use the rates specified above. Guests not registering cars for the show are not required to pay in advance, but can if they wish to.

IF ATTENDING WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE: Please limit each car registration to a maximum of two attendees, one owner and one plus one. If you would like to bring your children, friends, or family members please register them separately as guests and indicate the names of those coming, and purchase the corresponding amount of guest tickets.

All proceeds will be given directly to Make-A-Wish New Jersey!

This is a completely NOT FOR PROFIT EVENT.

NOTE: Please read the registration fees and correctly purchase the corresponding tickets. We can not grant refunds once the payment is accepted as the money is directly sent to Make-A-Wish New Jersey after being processed through this website. In the event of inclement weather the event will be rescheduled and you will have a reserved spot.
