This certificate covers the cost of an hour’s worth of tattooing. Red Kestrel Tattoo is a custom tattoo shop, and your custom tattoo request may exceed an hour’s worth of labor. Anything beyond the initial hour will need to be covered by the winner of this item.

Tex Buss is a painter and tattoo artist in San Francisco. She owns Red Kestrel Tattoo on Church Street in SF and is a lifelong bird nerd.
