Celebrating Long Lives 5K Walk/Run 2023

Welcome to CLL Society's Celebrating Long Lives! We are so glad you have joined us.

Please complete this registration form for yourself and add additional tickets for other individuals you are registering.

Event t-shirts and medals will be mailed to the address provided on each individual ticket. You must register by April 28th in order to receive your t-shirt before event day. Registrants after this date will receive their t-shirts after the event. All medals will be shipped after the event.

During Registration: You will be asked if you would like to join an existing fundraising team or create a new team. A team can be comprised of two or more people. You do not have to make this decision during registration. You can join or start a team at any time.

After Registration: You will receive an email with a link to your prepared fundraising page. If you selected the "Opt out of fundraising" box during registration, a fundraising page will not be created and the email with a link to your fundraising page will not be sent. The opt out box should only be selected when you are registering either those who do not have an email or will not be fundraising themselves (such as children). It is up to you how and if you use the fundraising page created by registering for the event.
