15,590 kids are diagnosed with cancer each year. Our goal is to accumulate 15,590 jumping jacks to honor each and every child.

If you want to pledge your jumping jacks and help us raise money for families whose lives have been impacted by cancer then this registration is for you!

Registration includes a Milton Glows Gold high performance shirt.

The maximum per family registration fee is $75. If your family will exceed this total please send an email to mcmstrong@gmail.com and we will help you register without exceeding the maximum.
