A yoga class that will bring each participant to a blissful awareness of their true nature. Each participant will receive individual attention for each pose. This class will be crafted following the principles of Svaroopa Yoga with opening and closing shavasna and several poses that release the tension at the core of the body can lead participants to the bliss of their true nature.
