You are bidding on a 3 night off-season stay at this newly remodeled, waterfront, short term rental with private boat dock and hot tub. This one-story, painted brick ranch home has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, and 1 bunkbed) and 3 full baths, and an outdoor enclosed shower. There are sweeping views of Page’s creek extending out to the Intracoastal waterway. Bring your own boat (or rent one down the street). Large property on a heavily wooded lot with mature live oaks, located in a quiet neighborhood area off Middlesound Loop Road.

Cleaning fee included in your bid and you can add additional days for your stay at extra cost after auction. You will be contacted by owner to set up your reservation. Please maintain 8 person max. occupancy. Valued at $1700 including the $300 cleaning fee.
