Registration Instructions

Everyone attending the 2024 Buddy Walk® must be registered and accept the waiver. You can sign up yourself AND your team members at the same time. Everyone you register will appear on your team page, even if they choose to not fundraise.

TEAM CAPTAINS: When registering, you have the option to either sign up all your team members immediately or send them an invitation to join your team after creating it. Follow the steps below to create your team.

TEAM MEMBERS: Your team captain can either register on your behalf or send you an email invitation to join the team. If instructed by your captain to join their team, follow the guidelines provided below.

INDIVIDUALS: Solo participants are encouraged to join us! You can register independently using the instructions below, kickstart your fundraising efforts, and we look forward to your participation!

1. Visit the home page and click Join. You will be prompted to enter your email and name.

2. Select Participant Registration to add your registration and begin filling in your details.

3. Enter your personal Fundraising Goal.

4. Enter your contact information, complete the required questions, and check the waiver box. Once you've filled in all the boxes, click Add Ticket.

5. It will then ask if you'd like to Join or Create a Team.

Team captains, this is where you create your team by adding a team name and fundraising goal.

• Team members, you can search for the team you'd like to join.

Individuals, you can skip this step to register without a team.

6. Next, you'll see your completed registration in your cart. If you have more participants you'd like to add to your team, select Add another ticket and enter their information.

7. Once you've added all the people you want to sign up, you can choose to make an optional donation that will be credited to your fundraising page.

Your registration is complete! An email will be sent to you, summarizing all the individuals you have registered. Those whom you have enlisted to fundraise on your team will receive an email inviting them to claim and personalize their page!
