AZRD is continually seeking to improve its goal of creating an inclusive community. The top photo shows two teams: the Brawlarinas and Gaudylupes - a play on fighting ballerinas and gaudy style and Our Lady of Guadalupe, respectively. In 2018, the league moved away from gendered team names and the use of religious iconography. The bottom photo shows the Valley Rollers vs. Desert Phantoms.
