Italian (beef carpaccio, gulf fish crudo, squid ink fettuccine Alfredo with lump crab, chicken piccata with spaghetti and red sauce, lamb chops with pesto vegetables, tiramisu, limoncello cake, affogato)
• The Chef: Born in the Arkansas hills, Nat landed in South Louisiana via the tumbleweed strewn streets of Midland, Texas. He spent his early years perfecting cheese grits and hot dogs before moving on to copying items off the late 90’s pre-Katrina Jacques-Imo’s menu which eventually led him to getting married and moving to TCE. He has a places-I’ve-eaten-fried-chicken list that includes over 50 different restaurants and he never misses an opportunity to add butter to needy plates. Four year food writer, and long time food eater, he anticipates nominating himself for the Best Greenbriar Drive Chef award this year. His dream restaurant is a ramen noodle food truck in the Mary Jane parking lot at Winter Park Ski Resort.
