Alligator Pear Collective is pleased to offer a private dinner curated with wine for 3 couples at the home of Kim and Barry Wiss, Tchefuncta Club Estates residents.

Both are New Orleans natives, who recently spent 35 years in the Napa Valley wine industry. Barry is an executive with Trinchero Family Wine Estates, responsible for wine education and Kim retired after 23 years with the Antinori Family at Antica Napa Valley, where she managed consumer and trade business while being the winery chef and private chef for the Antinori Family.

Their return home landed them in Tchefuncta Club Estates where they enjoy time with family and friends, supporting the community and working on their new Alligator Pair Collective business. Alligator Pair Collective combines their love of food, wine, and creative paper art.

This special dinner is valid for 1 year from the date of the 2026 Shamrock Tournament and must be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time. All attendees must be 21 years or older.
