Arlington-based photographer Nick Pavey specializes in close up natural history photography. His goal is to present flowers and insects in a way that is unusual and eye catching but also scientifically interesting.

Nick uses a wide range of studio techniques, including state-of-the-art computational photography and photo-microscopy to show the detail and intricate structure of the world around us.
