Watertown, MA-based artist Barbara Selwyn has been creating art for over 20 years and she is delighted to be participating in heARTfelt for the 3rd consecutive year. Pastels are her primary medium.

Ocean and marsh landscapes are her specialty but over the years, she has also created beautiful flowers and a variety of other playful fruits and vegetables that would look beautiful in any home and style of decor.
