Lois Polzin Resnick blue landscape waters framed. Lois Polzin Resnick, 90, passed peacefully August 1, 2021. A long-time resident of Northbrook, Lois was born and raised on the north side of Chicago. After graduating from Sean High School at the age of 16, Lois began modeling, having been featured in several Coca-Cola ads including the famous “Yes Girl” ad from 1946. Lois was also a talented artist in various media, such as pastels, watercolors, and acrylics, and took part in art shows across the North Shore. Lois proudly held the long-standing position of Village Clerk in Winnetka until her retirement. Lois is survived by her loving sons Paul and Michael, daughters-in-law Valerie Martinez and Theresa Resnick, and grandson Peter.
