OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AGE 18 OR OLDER, EXCLUDING NEW YORK AND FLORIDA RESIDENTS.
The Southern California PGA Foundation 2026 Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) offers eligible participants the opportunity to win one of three prizes, including the Grand Prize opportunity for a winner and guest to play The Riviera Country Club during The Genesis Invitational Preview Day.
1. ENTRY PERIOD
The Southern California PGA Foundation 2026 Summer Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Southern California PGA Foundation (hereinafter, the “Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on August 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PDT on September 28, 2026 (“Entry Period”).
2. SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding Florida and New York residents, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: Florida and New York residents; Sponsor; any of Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies; and any employee, officer, director, representative, or agent of any of the foregoing persons, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, parents, and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households, whether related or not.
Void in Florida, New York, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time. Sponsor will make all determinations regarding eligibility, and Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility are final.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by one of the following methods:
Entry Method 1 – Donation Entry
During the Entry Period, eligible participants who make a voluntary donation to the Southern California PGA Foundation through the official Sweepstakes entry website will receive Sweepstakes entries according to the following schedule:
$5 donation = 1 entry
$20 donation = 5 entries
$50 donation = 20 entries
$100 donation = 50 entries
Donations must be completed through the official 2026 Summer Sweepstakes entry website during the Entry Period to qualify.
Entry Method 2 – Mail-In Entry – No Purchase Necessary
To enter without making a donation, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a #10 business envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry received in accordance with these Official Rules will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry, equivalent to the number of entries awarded at the $5 donation level.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person/email address/household. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.
Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 PM PDT on September 28, 2026.
Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or misdirected mail.
Any attempt by a person to use multiple identities, fraudulent or cancelled transactions, automated entry methods, or other means to obtain entries not permitted by these Official Rules may result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of Sponsor.
4. RANDOM DRAWING / ODDS
On or about September 29, 2026, Sponsor or an independent judging organization selected by Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The first eligible entrant selected will be the potential Grand Prize Winner. The second eligible entrant selected will be the potential Second Prize Winner. The third eligible entrant selected will be the potential Third Prize Winner.
An entrant may win no more than one (1) prize.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZES
A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded.
GRAND PRIZE – THE GENESIS INVITATIONAL PREVIEW DAY AT THE RIVIERA COUNTRY CLUB
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the opportunity for the winner and one (1) guest to participate in The Genesis Invitational Preview Day at The Riviera Country Club on January 25, 2027.
The Grand Prize includes:
Golf for the winner and one (1) guest
Green fees for the winner and guest
Base caddie fees for the winner and guest
Caddie gratuities are not included. Gratuities are strongly encouraged and are the responsibility of the winner and guest.
Unless expressly stated above, transportation, airfare, lodging, meals, gratuities, ground transportation, personal expenses, and all other costs associated with accepting or using the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
The winner and guest must be available to participate on January 25, 2027. If the winner is unable to participate on the designated date, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.
The Genesis Invitational Preview Day experience and scheduled date are subject to change, postponement, cancellation, course availability, weather conditions, tournament operations, and circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor is not responsible for any postponement, modification, or cancellation of the event or experience.
No Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is assigned to the Grand Prize experience.
SECOND PRIZE – TWO AVENTON LEVEL 4 EBIKES
One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive two (2) Aventon Level 4 Ebikes.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Second Prize: $4,000.
The winner will receive the actual bicycles. Specific bicycle size, color, configuration, and availability may vary. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable model or prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning the ownership, registration, use, and operation of electric bicycles.
THIRD PRIZE – TWO VORTEX ANARCH+ RANGEFINDERS
One (1) Third Prize Winner will receive two (2) Vortex Anarch+ Rangefinders.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Third Prize: $600.
Specific models, configurations, and included accessories are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
General Prize Conditions
Prizes will be procured, administered, and distributed by Sponsor. Actual value may vary.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash redemption or cash equivalent will be provided. No prize substitution is permitted by a winner, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component with one of comparable or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
Each prize winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of prizes received if required by law.
Sponsor has not made and is not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee concerning any prize, including its quality, condition, merchantability, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Prizes are strictly limited to the elements specifically described in these Official Rules. No additional prizes or compensation will be awarded.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION / VERIFICATION / ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within five (5) business days following the drawing to verify eligibility and ability to accept the applicable prize.
Each potential winner must complete, electronically sign, and submit any Declaration of Compliance, eligibility documentation, liability/publicity release, and IRS Form W-9 requested by Sponsor within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, fails to provide requested documentation, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the applicable prize as awarded, that potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Physical prizes may be delivered to the applicable winner at a mutually agreed-upon SCPGA Foundation location within Southern California or directly to the winner’s residence at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
By participating, entrants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of Sponsor.
Entrants represent and warrant that any information or content submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is accurate and does not violate these Official Rules, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
Sponsor reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any submission containing false, fraudulent, obscene, indecent, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate material, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, prize providers, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesalers, retailers, importers, distributors, and the employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of each (collectively, the “Releasees”) are not responsible and shall not be liable for failures or malfunctions of telephone, cellular, Internet, computer, network, server, hardware, software, or other communication systems; interrupted or unavailable connections; failed, garbled, lost, misdirected, or scrambled transmissions; human or technical errors in processing entries; or late, lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected entries or communications.
By entering and participating, entrants agree to:
Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes;
Except where prohibited by law, permit Sponsor and its designees to use their names, photographs, likenesses, testimonials, prize information, and related materials for promotional, advertising, publicity, and Foundation-related purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice; and
Release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasees from any injuries, liability, losses, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including personal injury, death, and property damage, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, violating these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempting to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of operating as planned because of fraud, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, force majeure, event cancellation, applicable law, unforeseen circumstances, or any other cause that Sponsor determines could corrupt, compromise, undermine, or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, select the applicable winner or winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, PRIZE PROVIDERS, THEIR LICENSEES, PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, RELATED COMPANIES, ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF A PRIZE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. GOVERNING LAW
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by an appropriate court located in the State of California.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or Sponsor’s rights and obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would result in application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, attorneys’ fees, or to have damages multiplied or increased.
10. PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
11. SEVERABILITY / HEADINGS
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Headings and captions are used solely for convenience of reference and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules.
12. WINNER LIST
The names, cities, and states of the winners may be requested from Sponsor for approximately sixty (60) days following confirmation of the winners.
