Foundations Intro Class

Mental Health Education That's Easy to Understand

Our Mission

SPN Survivors engages and equips communities to strengthen mental health and prevent suicide among teens and young adults.

Mental Health is Everyday Living

Mental health and well-being are complex subjects for people of all ages.

This class breaks the subject down into bite-sized pieces, delivers it in a way that’s easy to understand, share with others, and immediately put into action.

Using our six Foundations Building Blocks, the Window of Tolerance, and real-life examples, we show you how to increase your mental health literacy, resiliency and hope. Our goal is to help you Build a Foundation that Supports a Healthy You at home, at school, at work and at play.

Learning Objectives

  1. Increase mental health literacy
  2. Gain awareness of the Window of Tolerance concept
  3. Identify the six Foundations Building Blocks and how they impact mental health
