At Fitness 4 Focus, we believe in the power of movement, determination, and community. Every day, we help individuals of all abilities build strength—both physically and mentally—so they can take on life’s challenges with confidence. Today, we are excited to take that mission a step further by joining Decker’s Blueprint, a nonprofit organization created to honor a remarkable young boy, Decker.

Decker was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a rare genetic condition that weakens muscles over time. Inspired by his father, Decker has a passion for building and designing homes, and his resilience reminds us that strength isn’t just about muscles—it’s about perseverance, hope, and the drive to create something meaningful.

At Fitness 4 Focus, we are fundraising to help find a cure for Decker and other children like him who have nonsense mutations and rare exons of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Every dollar raised will go toward vital research, giving these children a chance at a brighter future.
