The East Texas Down Syndrome Group is dedicated to supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families throughout East Texas. For over 20 years, we have worked to educate our community, promote acceptance, and celebrate the unique gifts that people with Down syndrome bring to the world.

Our mission is to empower self-advocates and families by providing vital resources, support, and education. We believe that parents are the first and strongest advocates for their children, and through advocacy, awareness, and inclusion, we can create a more accepting and informed society.
