The lessons you learn on a golf course: persistence, resilience, leadership, confidence - to be able to help give kids that opportunity is why I'm proud to be a board member of the First Tee - Phoenix. This year I'm happy to captain the Lone Tree Golf Club team in the 8th annual 100 Hole Challenge!  The 100 Hole Challenge is a putting event where our entire First Tee - Phoenix family comes together to raise money to support on-course programming, coach training and to keep our program accessible so that finances are never a barrier. Youth members, families, board members, volunteers, and community partners will all work together to play 100 putting holes helping to reach our goal of $100,000! 

I've started things off, and our board chair has set the bar by matching all donations made to his team. I'm in for the same! Let's do this!
