In our next chapter, my wife Shawn joined the Napa Valley Vine Trail Coalition as the Executive Director. So naturally, I had to but my Peleton miles to good use and join their May Month of Movement Challenge.

We need your help to make this happen. My goal is to ride 147 miles and raise $4,700.

The VINE TRAIL vision is for a safe and scenic way for you, me, our kids, friends and pets to get around the Napa Valley. It is the future to reduce emissions and preserve the agriculture beauty of our community.

The full vision is by 2027 you'll be able to Ferry from San Francisco to Vallejo and then head by foot or bike safely for 47 miles to Calistoga on the VINE TRAIL! In order to do that, they are raising the last $20 Million to complete the trail!

The Vine Trail Coalition (a 501c3 nonprofit) raises private funds for trail design, engineering and maintenance PLUS the matching funds for local, state and federal grants. Your donation dollar typically leverages $3-$4 in grant funding.
